On February 5th, the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, hosted its seventh-annual PepsiCo Pitch Competition, which aims to strengthen students’ presentation skills.
Each of the first-year BBA finalists had the opportunity to present their pitches to a panel of executives from PepsiCo Canada and alumni entrepreneurs - one of them being our founder, Emily!
Emily was also chosen to the give the keynote presentation at this event, which was an inspiring address that shared her business story and emphasized the importance of persistence when launching a business. She motivated the audience with a strong reminder that success is never a straight line and that if your idea feeds your passion and improves someones life you have an idea worth pursuing!
Watch Emily’s pitch below.
A very special thank you to Barry Kuntz from Black Isle Group who coached Emily in developing and delivering an outstanding keynote!
