Harlyn's interest in hockey began when watching the OKC Barons play. The first time she got on the ice was during an after game skate, when she was 2, and she did not want to come off. When she was 5, she signed up for a learn to play program and has been dedicated to learning ever since.
During the last almost 3 years Harlyn has made the most amazing friends and our hockey family continues to grow. Last season, Harlyn was the only girl in the 8U House Plus Program, and her team made it to 3 championship games out of 4 tournaments they participated in. Harlyn also received MVP awards in 3 out of the 4 tournaments where she played. Needless to say, it was an amazing first season of travel hockey. During quarantine Harlyn has been staying busy rollerblading outside, playing roller hockey on occasion, walking the dog, and lots of swimming.
